Join Elevate Mind & Movement and WeThrive302 Co. for a FREE interactive family wellness experience that strengthens family connections while promoting mental health and emotional well-being.

Families will rotate through engaging wellness stations, including a planting activity, family time capsule, calming activity, sensory back-to-school wellness tool, and an affirmation station. Each family will also receive a take-home resource folder and wellness gift bag while supplies last.
